Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how Lux Digital Studio Ltd (“Lux Digital”, “I”, “we”), based in Manchester, United Kingdom, collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or contact me. I’m the data controller for the information you share.
What I collect
- Enquiry details you submit through the contact form or by email — your name, email address, optional phone number, and whatever you tell me about your business.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when visiting (such as IP address and pages viewed), handled by my hosting provider to keep the site running and secure.
How I use it
I use the details you provide solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free mockup, and (if we work together) deliver your project. I do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
Under UK GDPR, I process your enquiry on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated) and, where we proceed, to take steps to enter into or perform a contract.
Who processes it
- Formspree — processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to my inbox.
- Vercel — hosts this website and handles standard server logs.
These providers act on my behalf and are bound by their own data-protection terms.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to help you, and project records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its use. Just email team@lux-digital.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say so.
